Web apps built around the way you work.

Custom web apps, client portals, dashboards and internal tools, designed around the people who use them daily and built on code you own.

Who it’s forFor the tools your business runs on.

A good fit if

  • Your team runs on spreadsheets and email threads that are getting out of hand
  • Your clients need a place to log in, check progress or download files
  • You have a product idea and want a first version people can use
  • An off-the-shelf tool almost fits, and your team keeps working around it

What’s includedProduct design · Custom development · Integrations & workflows

From the first call
to well after launch.

The exact scope goes in your proposal. Here’s what a typical project covers.

01 · Plan

How the work happens today

  • Workshops with the people who’ll use it

What they do each day, where it slows down and what matters most.

  • A first-version plan

The smallest useful version, written down with a price and timeline.

02 · Design

Screens designed around real tasks

  • Clickable prototypes

Try the key flows before anything is built, and tell us what feels wrong.

  • A small design system

Buttons, forms and tables that stay consistent as the app grows.

03 · Build

Built in steps you can try

  • Logins and roles

Who can see what, set up for your team and your clients.

  • Integrations

Payments, email, calendars or the tools you already use.

  • Regular demos

A working version to click through as each part lands.

04 · After launch

Kept running and improved

  • Monitoring and fixes

Errors watched for and fixed as they come up.

  • The next features

Planned with you, based on how people actually use it.

ProcessFive steps

How a project runs,
start to finish.

At every stage you know what’s happening, what you’ll receive and what we need from you.

  1. 01Talk.

    Brief and scope

It starts with a call about your business, your customers and what the site has to do. You then receive a written scope, a fixed price and a timeline.

  2. 02Design.

    Structure, then design

Page plans and wireframes settle the structure. Full designs follow, and you review each stage before the next one starts.

  3. 03Build.

    Build and test

The site is built and tested on phones, tablets and desktops. A live link lets you click through the real thing while it comes together.

  4. 04Launch.

    Launch and handover

It goes live on your domain with old links redirected. Your team gets a walkthrough, and any ongoing support is agreed before launch.

  5. 05Support.

    Support after launch

Need a fix, an update or a new page? It goes to the same people who built the site.

Web apps FAQ

Straight answers,
before you ask.

Something else on your mind? Email us and you’ll hear from the people who’d do the work.

Do you build phone apps too?

We build web apps that work well on phones, and companion apps when a project needs one. We’ll tell you early if a web app will do the job.

Who owns the code?

You do. The code lives in a repository you own and the app runs on accounts in your name, so you’re never locked in.

Can you take over an app someone else built?

Often, yes. We’ll start with a short review of the code and tell you what we’d keep, fix or rebuild before you commit to anything.

Tell us what you’re building.

A few lines about the project are enough. You’ll hear back from the people who’d do the work, with a fixed quote to follow. Rather talk first? Pick a time that suits you.
