This policy explains what personal information Ortha Studio collects through ortha.studio, why we collect it, who we share it with and what choices you have. We collect as little as we can.
The short version
- We only collect what you send us (inquiries, call bookings, email sign-ups and emails), plus statistics about how the site is used.
- We never sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who we are
Ortha Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) runs ortha.studio (“the site”) and decides how the information described here is used. We’re registered in New Mexico, USA. For anything on this page, email hello@ortha.studio.

Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Project inquiries: your name, email address and message, plus your company, project type, budget and timeline if you choose to share them.
- Waitlist and email sign-ups: your email address.
- Call bookings: when you book a call through Cal.com, your name, email address, the time you pick and anything you add to the booking.
- Emails and calls: whatever you include when you contact us directly.
- Client work: contact and billing details, and the content you share with us during a project.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data: the pages you visit, how you arrived, your approximate location (country or city), and your device, browser and screen size.
- Technical data: your IP address and server logs, kept by our hosting provider to run the site securely. Our forms also check your IP address briefly to block spam.
We don’t knowingly collect sensitive information, and the site isn’t meant for children under 16.

We don’t sell your information, we don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t make automated decisions about you.

International transfers
Our providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, they rely on recognized safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it
- Inquiries that don’t become projects: up to 2 years, then deleted.
- Client and billing records: for as long as the law requires (usually 7 years).
- Email sign-up addresses: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics data: according to the retention setting in Google Analytics; Vercel keeps only aggregated statistics.

Keeping it safe
The site is served over HTTPS, and only the people who need it can access our tools. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care, and we’ll tell you if something goes wrong that affects you.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- show you the information we hold about you, or send you a copy;
- correct it, or delete it;
- stop or limit how we use it, or object to it being used;
- withdraw consent you’ve given, such as for the newsletter.
Email hello@ortha.studio and we’ll reply within 30 days. We won’t charge you or treat you differently for asking. If you’re unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll point it out clearly.
