These terms cover your use of ortha.studio (“the site”). By using the site, you agree to them. They don’t cover client projects: those are governed by the proposal and agreement we sign together.
The short version
- Use the site for normal browsing, and don’t try to break it.
- Our words, designs and brand belong to us. Ask before reusing more than a short quote.
- The work shown is concept work. Nothing here is a binding offer until we both agree to a written proposal.

Using the site
You’re welcome to browse, read and share links to anything on the site. Please don’t:
- try to get into parts of the site, the admin area or our systems that aren’t public;
- overload the site, or scrape it in a way that affects other visitors;
- use the contact form to send spam, malware or anything unlawful;
- copy the site or present our work as your own.

Our content and brand
The words, designs, images and code examples on the site, and the Ortha name and mark, belong to us unless we say otherwise. You can quote short parts with a link back to us. For anything more, including using the brand assets on our brand identity page, please ask first.

Concept work
The projects on our Work pages are concepts we made to show how we work. They’re labeled as concepts and don’t describe real clients or real results.

Inquiries, proposals and projects
Sending an inquiry or booking a call doesn’t create an agreement. The service descriptions on the site are a general guide and may change. A project starts only when we’ve both agreed to a written proposal covering scope, price, timeline and ownership. If anything in that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement wins.

What you send us
When you send us a message or files, you confirm you’re allowed to share them. We’ll only use them to reply to you and, if we work together, for the project. See the privacy policy for how we handle personal information.

Links to other sites
We link to other websites and tools, such as Cal.com for booking calls. We’re not responsible for their content, their terms or how they handle your information.

No guarantees
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”, without warranties. As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for any loss caused by using the site, relying on its content or the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the new version.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, and any dispute goes to the courts there, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
